Statera is proud to offer free USPS first class shipping on all orders for 5-10 business days delivery. All orders more than $100 ship USPS Priority Mail for 2-3 business days delivery. All orders ship within 24 hours of order placement (excluding Sundays).
EXPEDITED SHIPPING IN THE UNITED STATES: 
USPS Priority Mail- Any order can be upgraded for only $3.99 for 2-3 business days delivery.
USPS Express Mail- Any order can be upgraded for only $15.99 1 - 2 business days delivery

Do You Ship Internationally?

Use the contact page, here, if you need international shipping. Please note, typically international shipping is only offered for large and/or wholesale orders. International orders shipped may be subjected to local duty charges by your country. All duty charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. STATERA™ is not responsible for any import fees, duty, taxes, etc that your country may impose. STATERA™ advises contacting your local customs office to inquire what these charges may be prior to placing your order. Shipping time for international delivery varies, approximate shipping time will be provided when the order ships.

What If My Product Is Damaged or Incorrect?

Damaged products or incorrect products received must be reported to STATERA™ within 7 days of receipt.  Please email us at info@stateraoils.com with your order number, a description of the issue and a picture of the damaged or incorrect product(s).  Orders will be replaced with an identical product (subject to availability) or refunded, free of charge.
