What Ways Can I Use STATERA™ ?
Diffuse
All STATERA essential oils can be diffused by adding a few drops to water in the diffuser of your choice. Look for the Letter D on the Usage Information section of each essential oil product for the oils that are appropriate for use with a diffuser.
Massage
For use with massage, add 10 drops of carrier oil for every drop of essential oil. Look for the Letter M on the Usage information section of each essential oil product for oils that are appropriate for use with massage.
Bath
For use with bathing, add up to 10 drops of essential oil to the water while drawing the bath. Look for the Letter B in the Usage information section of each essential oil product for oils that are appropriate for use with bathing.
Inhalation
For use with inhalation, add 2-4 drops essential of on a tissue or pillow. Look for the Letter I on the Usage information section of each essential oil product for oils that are appropriate for use with inhalation.
